​Ricardo Velásquez is a self-taught poet and illustrator, author of Pasos en el éter.

​

An active member of artistic collectives since youth, released fanzines, took part of cultural events and undertook artistic event planning.

​

​Fleeting participant of some poetry workshops, either privates as at UNMSM, in 2005 co-founded the cultural project ARDA — Asociación de artes, with which a year later launched online Miríada — Revista de artes y expresión humana.

​

Jointly published the illustrations book Bipolaris upon joining Consanguíneo Collective, engaging in a series of exhibitions afterwards.

​

​Currently in indefinite artistic seclusion.
